This report describes the construction and installation of the Bjørnafjorden floating bridge. The bridge consists of a cable stay bridge in the south connected to a 4.5km long floating bridge. The south end of the floating bridge has high columns to attach to the cable stay bridge and is called the “high floating bridge”. The “high floating bridge” transitions to the “low floating bridge” which spans most of the Bjørnafjorden. The floating bridge is moored to the seabed with a total of 12 mooring lines.
