This document is Norway's fifth multi-year Open Government action plan (2024–2027), developed through co-creation between government bodies and civil society. It sets out priority areas and concrete commitments to increase transparency, including public procurement, anti-corruption, access to information, universal design and digital inclusion, and improved access to criminal case documents. The plan describes Norway's organisation and funding for OGP work, stakeholder involvement, collaboration mechanisms (OGP Council, Stakeholders' Forum, Nordic+), and follow-up processes.
