Work programme - BIA In effect from 2018
The Programme for User-driven Research-based Innovation (BIA) promotes the capacity and willingness of Norwegian trade and industry to innovate by providing support for R&D projects based on companies’ own strategies and challenges, independent of field or topic. Within the scope of its responsibility, the BIA programme seeks to promote the greatest possible sustainable value creation in Norwegian trade and industry through research-based innovation in companies and the R&D groups with which they cooperate.
