Portfolio Review 2023 Governance and Public Finance
This is the first periodic portfolio review of Norad's Governance and Public Finance portfolio, summarising activities, partners, budgets and lessons from 2023. It assesses knowledge gaps and presents thematic lessons across taxation, public finance management, statistics, anti-corruption, illicit financial flows, gender and public procurement, with implications for the portfolio theory of change and knowledge plan. The report is prepared for Norad management and made publicly available to support transparency and stakeholder dialogue.
