The Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development NORHED II - Programme Document

NORHED is the Norwegian flagship programme on capacity development of higher education and research in developing countries. The Programme Document outlines the overall objectives of NORHED II for the programme period 2021-2026. The document is intended to provide an overview of the programme design, key characteristics, and types of interventions and activities that can be supported. The document includes an outline of the programme theory of change (chapter 3); monitoring, evaluation and reporting (chapter 4); and eligibility and project management (chapter 5). The programme document has two annexes, which includes a detailed description of the thematic sub-programmes areas (annex 1), and an indicator menu with guidelines (annex 2).
