Roadmap 2.0: The green industrial initiative Updated roadmap for the Green Industrial Initiative
This roadmap updates Norway’s Green Industrial Initiative, outlining goals, priority sectors and measures to accelerate the green transition. It highlights nine priority areas including offshore wind, batteries, hydrogen, CCS, solar, manufacturing, maritime, process industry and bioeconomy. The document emphasises prerequisites such as power, land use, raw materials, capital, R&D, skills and export markets, and sets out the need for stronger national and international cooperation. It frames ambitions to create sustainable value creation, jobs and increased non-oil exports while reducing vulnerabilities in key value chains.
