Progress Report 2011: Summary
This report summarizes the Norwegian Government's efforts in 2011 to implement UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and related women, peace and security resolutions. It reviews activities across five priority areas — peace processes, international operations, post-conflict peacebuilding, sexual violence in conflict, and reporting and accountability — and highlights funding, partnerships and capacity-building measures. The report identifies challenges, progress and priorities for strengthening gender perspectives and women's participation in peace and security work.
