Telecommunications in the SADCC Countries : General Analysis of Sector Policy Evaluation of four Projects - Annexes
The inaugural document of SADCC, "Southern Africa: toward economic liberation", set four development objectives: - the reduction of economic dependence, particularly, but not only, on the Republic of South Africa; - the forging of links to create a genuine and equitable regional integration; - the mobilization of resources to promote the implementation of national, interstate and regional policies; and - concerted action to secure international cooperation within the framework of SADCCs strategy for economic liberation.
