This final report documents the International Test Arena demonstration of the BETA ALIA eCTOL aircraft operated with Bristow Norway across seven regional Norwegian airports between August 2025 and January 2026. It summarises operational performance, safety governance, charging and energy management, airspace integration, and infrastructure implications. The report presents key learnings on operational normalisation, charging interoperability, energy margins, and regulatory enablers, and provides recommendations for infrastructure, market actors and policy to support scaling of zero- and low-emission aviation. Findings are intended to inform stakeholders and policymakers preparing for commercial introduction.
