Operation and Maintenance in Development Assistance Including Case Studies of the World Bank and UNIDO
The main purposes of this report is to examine the issue of O&M in its broadest sense in relation to past and present NORAD projects in the transportation, water and energy sector. It´s also to suggest means by which the integration of the O&M issue into the selection, planning and implementation of development projects can be secured.
