This annual report presents comprehensive national statistics on cancer incidence, mortality, survival and prevalence in Norway up to 2025. It documents time trends, age and regional distributions, stage and treatment data, and describes data sources and quality. The report is produced by the Cancer Registry of Norway in collaboration with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and supports surveillance, research and policy development.
