This commissioned report compares Norwegian mobile and fixed broadband revenues and selected value-for-money metrics with Denmark, Sweden and Finland up to mid-2025. It finds Norway has among the highest ARPUs but lower data consumption, resulting in substantially higher revenue per GB and generally lower value for money for consumers across mobile and fixed services. The report also reviews market concentration and operator financials, finding Norway is the most concentrated mobile market while Norwegian operators show strong EBITDA and high investment levels. It documents data and reporting limitations across Nordic regulators (reporting frequency, M2M/FWA definitions and revenue breakdowns) that affect some comparisons.
