Holte Consulting, A-2 Norge og Menon Economics conducted a KS2 quality assurance of E134 Røldal - Seljestad for Finance Ministry and Ministry of Transport. The report assesses traffic data and project financial viability, including cost and uncertainty analysis. Suggested cost framework includes management frame at 3,080 million NOK and total cost up to 3,620 million NOK. Challenges in forecasting traffic income and controlling costs are elaborated.
