A Society For All The government’s strategy for the equality of persons with disabilities for the period 2020–2030
A Society for All sets out the Norwegian government's vision, goals and policy priorities to promote equality and inclusion for persons with disabilities for 2020–2030. It reviews national and international legal frameworks, emphasises universal design and coordination across sectors, and highlights self-determination and participation. The strategy identifies four focus areas—education, employment, health and care, and culture and leisure—and signals an action plan to be developed to implement concrete measures. It references Norway's obligations under the CRPD and the UN sustainable development goals.
