Coordination of budget support programmes : lessons from the joint macro-financial aid programme to Mosambique
This paper has been commissioned by NORAD with the objective of providing input to the discussion on donor coordination of programme support such as sector programmes and budget support programmes. The paper is based on experience and review of recentdocumentation of joint budget support programmes in four countries in Africa with main focus on the programme in Mozambique.
