Strategy for Norway’s participation in Horizon Europe and the European Research Area
This strategy (2021–2027) sets out the Government’s objectives and priority areas to strengthen Norway’s participation in Horizon Europe and the European Research Area. It aims to increase Norwegian competitiveness, research quality and innovation through international cooperation and to secure a 2.8% share of Horizon Europe funding. The document outlines focus areas including mobilisation, national support systems, policy development, international cooperation, positioning and dissemination of results. It is addressed to research institutions, businesses, public sector actors and national agencies involved in the support system.
