This annual report presents Norway’s 2016 progress in implementing the national action plan for Women, Peace and Security (2015–2018). It reports against a set of indicators across peace processes, international operations, peacebuilding, humanitarian efforts and efforts to prevent sexual violence. The report draws on inputs from implementing ministries, embassies and Norad and includes examples of initiatives and country-level activities. It highlights achievements, data limitations and areas for further improvement.
