Strategy for Norway’s participation in Erasmus+ and the European Education Area
This government strategy sets Norway's objectives, priorities and measures for participation in Erasmus+ and the European Education Area for 2021–2027. It defines four main objectives: addressing major societal challenges, strengthening links between education and the labour market, increasing access to international learning, and contributing to policy and framework development. The strategy includes quantitative mobility targets, priority focus areas such as inclusion, digital and green transitions, and roles for national agencies to mobilise participation. It aims to broaden participation and deepen international cooperation across education, training, youth and sport.
