Ongoing evaluation of the Norwegian Programme for Research Cooperation with India final report
The evaluation found that all stakeholders agree on the utility of the India programme as a platform for strengthening bilateral research cooperation. The findings in this context strongly indicate that the programme has value-added. The evaluation’s overall conclusion is that the India programme is a well-managed programme that is on the right path towards goal attainment. Moreover, concrete examples of societal / policy impact are exemplified by the case studies featured in this report .
