Better growth, lower emissions the Norwegian Government’s strategy for green competitiveness
This strategy sets out the Norwegian Government's framework to strengthen green competitiveness by combining emissions reductions with economic growth. It presents principles, priority policy areas and instruments across energy, transport, research and innovation, public procurement, circular economy and financing of green solutions. The strategy builds on an expert committee's recommendations and stakeholder roadmaps and targets substantial emissions cuts by 2030 and a transition to a low-emission society by 2050.
