The Norwegian Programme for Research Cooperation with India (INDNOR) was established to strengthen Indo-Norwegian research cooperation and promote Indo-Norwegian research funding cooperation. The INDNOR programme was established to: 1) strengthen research cooperation between India and Norway; 2) promote research funding cooperation between India and Norway.
