Roadmap. Schedule of activities for implementation of Deep Borehole Disposal (DBD) in Norway
Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning (NND) is developing disposal solutions for all classes of radioactive waste in Norway. This report outlines a roadmap for implementing deep borehole disposal (DBD) of high-level radioactive waste and/or spent nuclear fuel. It provides a structured approach based on international standards and includes programme development stages covering site identification, site selection, construction, operation, closure, and post-closure phases.
