The Students at Risk program supports students facing risks due to human rights activism, enabling them to complete higher education in Norway. The evaluation examines its impact on student success, their activism, geographic and gender balance, and administration efficiency. The program has been deemed successful, meeting objectives such as enabling students to complete studies and fostering human rights activism. Recommendations have been given to enhance processes like selection mechanisms and networking opportunities for participants.
