According to the instructions from the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) pertaining to the management of the programme “Fish for Development” (FfD), the programme shall “consider all the development projects supported by Norway in the field of fisheries and aquaculture more broadly and expand this area so that Norwegian competence and expertisecan be of greater benefit to developing countries”.
