Kvalitetssikringsrapport KS2 av Akson: Helhetlig samhandling og felles kommunal journal
Holte Consulting, A-2 Norge, and Menon Economics conducted an external quality assurance (KS2) of the Central Governing Document for the Akson project, focused on holistic collaboration and a unified municipal health journal solution. Recommendations include financing for 2021 but deferring further financing decisions until after additional quality assurance. Key areas of concern include the voluntary participation of municipalities, unclear timeline and strategy for achieving full participation, and the capacity for national steering under the proposed governance model.
