Objectives of the Evaluation In 1978 a joint Norwegian - Zambian team reviewed the Soil Survey Project in order to ensure the best use was made of the Project and the Norwegian assistance. Among the recommendations put forward by the evaluation team were, that a second review mission should be organized at midterm of the ongoing project to examine the organizational and technical progress made by the Project.
