Collective security – a shared responsibility Action plan to prevent radicalization and violent extremism
This national action plan sets out Norway's first coordinated programme to prevent radicalization and violent extremism. It prioritizes four areas: knowledge and information, strengthened inter-agency cooperation, dialogue and involvement, and support to vulnerable and at-risk individuals. The plan emphasizes broad, preventive measures across sectors while upholding democracy, the rule of law and social inclusion.
