Children in Governance Project End of Term Evaluation
The Children in Governance Project was implemented over 24 months between 2009 and 2011 as part of Save the Children Zimbabwe’s Children Rights Governance (CRG) Program to accelerate progress in children’s participation in governance processes that affect their lives and community realization of children’s rights. Its specific objectives were: i. To strengthen the capacity of civil society, child led groups, national and local governing bodies to implement, monitor and report on national compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and; ii. To promote child participation in national and local governance processes and structures.
