Resultater fra tilsynsaksjonaktive deponier for ordinært avfall : M-2664
Statsforvalterne har gjennomført en tilsynsaksjon med aktive deponier for ordinært avfall. Tilsynene ble gjennomført i ukene 32-39 i 2023 og totalt ble 40 deponier kontrollert. Statsforvalterne avdekket mange brudd på deponiregelverket og på internkontrollforskriften. Aksjonen viser at det er behov for fortsatt oppfølging og tilsyn med deponiene fra statsforvalterne for å bidra til bedre regelverksetterlevelse, og at krav i tillatelsene oppdateres og justeres. The County Governors has conducted inspections of active landfills for ordinary waste. The inspections were carried out in weeks 32-39, and a total of 40 landfills were inspected. The County Deputy has discovered many violations of the landfill regulations and on the Internal Control Regulation. The inspections shows that the landfills still need supervision and follow-up from the County Governors to ensure better compliance with regulations and to update and adjust the requirements in the permits.
