End Review of the Angola Human Rights Training Programme
End term review of the Angola Human Rights Training Programme, funded by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Luanda. The objective of the review is for the Embassy to get an impartial assessment of the implementation of the programme and its effects compared to plans, and to receive input on possible improvements that can be implemented in a potential next phase of the programme. The main focus is on to what degree the programme has contributed to capacity building within the partner institutions.
